About OttrCRM
OttrCRM is an event-operator CRM for leads, pipeline, events, proposals, inbox, forms, playbooks, and workflows.
The service is provided under the OttrCRM trading name. Accounts may belong to one or more workspaces.
Some surfaces — such as client proposals and capture forms — may be reachable via public URLs configured by workspace operators.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Do not share sign-in details with others.
Access is granted to authorised members of a workspace. Privileged workspace roles may be subject to additional security requirements, including multi-factor authentication.
Email confirmation may be required before first sign-in, depending on account configuration.
Workspaces and your data
Workspace operators enter and manage business data for their organisation, including information about their customers, leads, events, and team members.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for having an appropriate lawful basis to process personal information about their customers and contacts.
Ottr processes workspace data to provide the service. Workspace data is isolated by workspace membership and role permissions.
Acceptable use
You must use OttrCRM lawfully and only for legitimate business operations.
You must not attempt to access another workspace, account, or data you are not authorised to use.
You must not interfere with the security or availability of the service.
Integrations and third-party services
Optional integrations — such as Gmail, inbound form webhooks, or email delivery providers — are enabled at your direction and may be subject to third-party terms.
When you connect Gmail, Ottr may sync message metadata and content needed for CRM workflows according to the permissions you grant.
Background product analytics and error monitoring may operate as described in the Privacy Policy.
Founding Operator Beta
OttrCRM may be offered as a controlled beta programme for external event operators.
Beta access, entitlements, and programme timing may change. No public beta end date is guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing.
Paid billing or conversion offers are not guaranteed during beta. Features may change as the product develops.
Service changes and availability
OttrCRM is under active development. Features, navigation, and integrations may change.
The service is provided on an as-available basis during beta. No service-level agreement is offered unless separately agreed in writing.
Defects may occur. In-app support channels and error monitoring help us diagnose issues.
Account closure and workspace retention
You may close your personal account through account settings, subject to security verification.
Account closure ends your access, deactivates memberships, shuts down connected Gmail access where applicable, and scrubs personal profile fields. It does not automatically delete all workspace CRM data.
If you are the sole active owner of a workspace, account closure may be blocked until ownership is transferred or the workspace is handled according to in-product guidance.
Privacy or erasure requests may be handled separately through the privacy contact channel.
Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content you and your workspace members create in OttrCRM, including proposals, emails, and form configurations.
Ottr platform templates, system content, and software remain Ottr intellectual property.
